settle your nausea, heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, bloating, nervous or upset tummy. ideal anytime or after meals. lovely for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Drink to prevent or treat tummy malaise, even nervous tummy can be soothed with herbal nervines that work synergistically with other tummy herbs. pregnancy and breastfeeding safe.

I specifically formulated this blend for my daughter, who responds to stress with abdominal migraines, which was really a dead end diagnosis from the medical community saying “we don’t know why her tummy hurts so much”. I tried many herbs until I found a blend she would actually drink that truly eased her tummy pain, after endless variations until we made one that she liked the taste of. This blend also worked wonders for my pregnant clients suffering from nausea, indigestion, heartburn, and acid reflux. We hope it helps you on your healing journey as well!

Making a perfect cup of medicinal tea - Bring water to a rolling boil, turn off heat, pour water over herbs in a vessel, cover to prevent loss of delicate plant essence in the water vapor. Typically 1 tablespoon of dried herb is used per cup (250mL) of boiling water, or a generous handful in a teapot. Steep a minimum of 10 minutes (a few hours for maximum extraction), strain, and enjoy.
