Ingredients: ashwaganda, catnip, chamomile, hawthorn, lemon balm, motherwort, oatstraw, passionflower, schisandra, shatavari, skullcap, st john’s wort, rose, and lavender
Making a perfect cup of medicinal tea - Bring water to a rolling boil, turn off heat, pour water over herbs in a vessel, cover to prevent loss of delicate plant essence in the water vapor. Typically 1 tablespoon of dried herb is used per cup (250mL) of boiling water, or a generous handful in a teapot. Steep a minimum of 10 minutes (a few hours for maximum extraction), strain, and enjoy.
