Herbal bathing instructions - Fill cotton bag with 1 cup herbs to a bathtub of water. Tie the bag shut, hang from faucet to infuse medicinal essences into water flowing through the herbs, or infuse bag directly into bathwater. Alternatively, boil 1 quart of water, add 1 cup herbs. Turn off heat, cover tightly. Steep 20 minutes or more. Strain and pour the herbal infusion directly into bath water.
